Wonderfull hotel, The people were kind and helpfull. Breakfast was Good, enough choice. Nice room, enough Space. We didn’t hear other people who are stayed there. The hotel is at a Good location for trips.

Very nice hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff. The rooms are large and nicely decorated, Housekeeping do a great job, rooms are spotless. Access to rooms is a big problem. Only one lift working and it takes forever. The Hotel has 7 floors so if you are on floor 6, it’s a day trip hiking. Nice hotel, would return.

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at the Park Plaza Berlin. Hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. It is a green hotel, so you have to request your room to be serviced, which I didn't mind. The hotel is conveniently located near Kurfürstendamm with plenty of shops and restaurants. Found it easy to navigate around the city, as the U-bahn is within walking distance. We did choose to add the breakfast option, but with so many local cafes around, I wouldn't recommend. The buffet options were limited and the same every day. The beds were a bit on the firm side, but this is subjective and not a reason to not book. My only complaint was with the showers. The glass screen only came out about 1-foot and there was no shower curtain. Needless to say, the floor was always wet after showering, no matter how careful we tried to be. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Communicating in English was no problem. I would definitely book Park Plaza Berlin the next time I visit!

Definitely not a 4 star property. Overall had a very cheap feel. Elevator is painfully slow. Shower does not have a full curtain/screen so the floor gets wet easily and the water temperature varied a lot. Desk in the room does not have a proper chair so don’t expect to be able to do any work. Aircon did not work, nor did the safe. Housekeeping is on-demand only. Breakfast was OK. No room service.

This hotel has had a revamp and is now called the Art Hotel, Park Plaza. There is another Park Plaza nearby…..we ended up there first! So don’t get confused!! Once you find this hotel….we arrived on the day of a national strike… it’s fab. Ignore the journey planner…. This hotel is a less than 10 min walk from the western end of the U1 line. The room we had was on 5th floor on a quite busy street, but it was so quiet we didn’t realise it until we looked out of the window the following morning. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, a great night sleep was had by us both. Shower was a big rainfall type with a smaller head shower head option if you wanted. Complimentary Elemis shower gel, hand wash, as well as body lotion. Breakfast was worth every penny as part of your B&B option. Otherwise it’s €18 for a full option or €5 for coffee and a croissant in the bar. Breakfast was fresh, pastries, cheese, meats, toast, mushrooms, sausage, bacon, pancakes, cereals, yoghurts; you could make your own fresh juice from fresh veggies & fruits. Coffee was excellent (I was told)…. I took my own teabags as I am very fussy, and made great tea. There is a spectacular hot water urn……that is very ornate and was awesome. Staff were multilingual and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very insightful about the local area, and the available public transport options. I would highly recommend this hotel which has pop art throughout. We are planning to head back to visit Berlin again and we will most certainly stay here again.
